Notice of State Action Related to LEA Improvement
Section 1116 of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 requires the Florida Department of Education to notify parents of each student enrolled in a school served by a Local Education Agency that the LEA has been identified as in need of improvement. The attached letter is the FLDOE notification
